Wash and Fold Questions
Monday through Saturday from 8AM to 6PM.
We use premium detergents, softeners, and dryer sheets. You may upgrade to household name brands such as Tide, Downy, and Bounce for a small fee.

Yes, a modest 13 lbs. for drop-off service.
Generally, most orders are ready for pick-up 1 to 2 days from the time you drop it off. Orders dropped off on Saturday will be ready on Monday as our hours are Monday through Saturday.
No we do not.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
Our route begins at 9:00AM everyday and usually finishes around 4:00PM. You can expect your order to be picked up / dropped off between those times.

Yes, a modest 17 lbs.
Most orders are delivered back to you in 1 to 2 days. Unusually large orders may require more time, but we will contact you if that is the case.
Easy! Just click on the Schedule a Pickup button and follow the instructions.
No, you do not. Just let us know when placing your order where you will leave your laundry and where our driver can leave it upon return. Please describe the location as best as possible. Also note, that the pick-up and drop-off location must be accessible to our driver (such as behind a gate or on the front porch).
Our policy forbids our drivers from entering anyone's homes. With you permission, our drivers can enter the garage or gated areas to pick up and drop off your laundry.
When placing your order online, you'll find a section labeled 'Preferences' where you can list the tasks you'd like us to perform with every laundry service. Additionally, there's a 'Special Laundry Instructions' section for requests specific to the current order, such as spot treating a stain on an item.
No, you don't. You can cancel at any time.
When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete.
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
You can suspend your account until you return from your vacation. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
Please set your laundry bag in a safe place outside of your door, so it is easily visible for our driver once they approach your building.
